Golden Gate Chicken Salad
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1 medium red bell pepper stemmed, seeded, diced
- 1 ripe avocado peeled, seed removed, diced
- 1 ripe mango peeled, diced, seed removed
- 2 tablespoons Sunkist® Almond Accents Ranch Style
- 8 ounces cooked chicken cut into a 1-inch dice
- 1. In a large bowl bowl, combine dressing with chicken, avocado, mango and bell pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
- 2. Serve over a bed of lettuce leaves garnished with the almonds.
