Ingredients (6)

  • 1 medium red bell pepper stemmed, seeded, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled, seed removed, diced
  • 1 ripe mango peeled, diced, seed removed
  • 2 tablespoons Sunkist® Almond Accents Ranch Style
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken cut into a 1-inch dice

Steps (2)

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl bowl, combine dressing with chicken, avocado, mango and bell pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Step 2
    Serve over a bed of lettuce leaves garnished with the almonds.

    For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
