1 medium red bell pepper stemmed, seeded, diced
1 ripe avocado peeled, seed removed, diced
1 ripe mango peeled, diced, seed removed
2 tablespoons Sunkist® Almond Accents Ranch Style
8 ounces cooked chicken cut into a 1-inch dice
Step 1In a large bowl bowl, combine dressing with chicken, avocado, mango and bell pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
Step 2Serve over a bed of lettuce leaves garnished with the almonds.
