- ½ cup sliced almonds toasted
- ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1 can (8.5 ounces) petite peas
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1 medium shallot finely chopped
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
