    Place cucumber in a food processor and chop; drain excess liquid.

    Place cucumber in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing, yogurt, and lemon juice and stir until thoroughly combined.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

    Serve with baked pita chips.

    Note: The longer the dip chills, the thicker the consistency.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVED IT Use a seedless grated cucumber, draining the excess water of the cucumber (for 10 minutes) and squeezed the cucumber in a cloth this helps concentrating the flavor of the cucumber and makes it crispier. I minced garlic into it. Maybe add fresh dill. SERVING IDEAS = Gyros, topping for hamburgers, Coleslaw Dressing, dip into French fries, on top of spinach and feta omelet, with chicken or turkey meatballs, baked potato, dressing for broccoli salad.
