Hidden Valley Candied Nuts

nonstick cooking spray
2 cups mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2In a medium bowl, toss nuts with egg whites, brown sugar, maple syrup, and seasoning mix until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake until fragrant and sugar is bubbling, about 10 minutes.
Step 3Place baking sheet on a wire rack and allow nuts to completely cool before serving.
