    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, toss nuts with egg whites, brown sugar, maple syrup, and seasoning mix until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake until fragrant and sugar is bubbling, about 10 minutes.

    Place baking sheet on a wire rack and allow nuts to completely cool before serving.
