    In a small bowl, whisk the seasoning mix, orange juice and mustard together until smooth.

    In a large bowl, add the chicken and marinade. Chill covered for 1 hour.
  3. 3
    Preheat the grill. Discard marinade and grill the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, turning often.

    Grill until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached and juices run clear.

It’s a great way to do something different with chicken and keep your friends, family and even kids wanting more. The marinade was easy and delicious, too. I wasn’t sure about it at first, as I’ve never had orange chicken outside of a Chinese dish. I’m glad I have it a try! It could be used on other meets or made into more of a dressing with some tweaking. Very good and versatile!
