Hidden Valley Roasted Red Pepper Spread

- 1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed, drained
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- baguette slices (optional)
- sliced ripe olives (optional)
- 1. Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
