1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed, drained
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
baguette slices (optional)
sliced ripe olives (optional)
Step 1Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
