HVR Dips are amazing!
This is a great recipe that I've made tons of times, but I found an even better one!!
Mix equal parts of plain yogurt and mayonnaise ( I use a 16oz container of plain yogurt, then refill that container with mayo) and 1 packet of HVR - mix well and chill for at least 2 hrs.
I use low-fat mayo, and you can use whatever style of yogurt you prefer, just make sure it's PLAIN yogurt. I do not add anything more to it....it tastes so good I can't stop some people from eating it by the spoonful! THE BEST LOW CAL Vegetable dip EVER!!!

Delicious!
Although I used dried dill this dip recipe still came out wonderfully. Very creamy, very tasty. I ate it with pita chips but it would work well with anything crunchy or soft for dipping.

Veggie pleaser
This dip made veggies very welcoming to the children. They are pretty picky with veggies but tend to try more varieties with a good dip. This dip of course can be used with most regular dipping foods.
