Hot & Spicy Ginger Curry Dip

  • nonfat Greek yogurt cups
  • curry powder 1 teaspoon
  • fresh grated ginger 2 teaspoons
  • honey 1 tablespoon
  • cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
  • freshly ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
