3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Step 1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a silicone mat or parchment paper onto each of two baking sheets.
Step 2In a bowl, mix the cheese with the seasoning mix.
Step 3Drop the cheese into small flattened piles (about 20 total) on each baking sheet, leaving enough room so that they don’t touch as they spread slightly.
Step 4Bake for about 6–8 minutes, until crisp. Let stand for at least 10–15 minutes before serving.
