Lamb Chops with Minty Hidden Valley® Ranch Dipping Sauce

2 cups plain yogurt, drained
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
1½ tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 rack of lamb, cut into 8 chops
Step 1Prepare and light a barbecue grill. Let the charcoal burn down to medium.
Step 2Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the yogurt, mint and dips mix in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3Combine the cumin and salt in a small bowl, then rub the mixture over the lamb chops. Grill the lamb chops directly over the coals for 4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes, or to your desired doneness.
Step 4Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with the dipping sauce.
