    Evenly layer vegetables in each of four salad dishes. Spoon dressing on top of each salad or in between each layer. Top each serving with croutons, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy AND delicious! My boys love chopping vegetables, so this was a FUN salad for us to make together! It contains so many yummy veggies, and it looks so beautiful sitting on the table! I made this salad and shared it at a neighborhood barbeque, and everyone loved it!
