Ingredients (4)

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) Southwestern-style salsa
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

  • Step 1
    Stir shrimp and salsa together in large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Into each of 4 cocktail glasses, add 1 tablespoon of dressing, then divide shrimp and salsa mixture evenly between the glasses. Top each with another tablespoon of dressing and garnish with green onions.
