Mint and Corn Tabbouleh Grain Salad

3 cups cooked bulgur, prepared according to package instructions
1 can (15¼ ounces) corn, drained
4 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
1 cup diced tomato
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
Step 1In a large bowl, combine bulgur, corn, mint, tomato and dressing, and toss until well coated. Season to taste with salt.
Step 2Chill covered for 1 hour before serving. When ready to serve, stir in the cucumber.
