  • Step 1
    Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring often, until beginning to caramelize, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    While the onions are cooking, place the chicken and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix into a Glad® zipper bag. Seal and shake to coat the chicken.
  • Step 3
    Push onions to the side of the pan and add the chicken. Cook the chicken until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add in the asparagus and the chicken broth, cover the pan, and cook until the asparagus has softened slightly, another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
