    In a gallon-size Glad® Food Storage Bag add the fish and seasoning mix. Seal the bag and shake until the fish is well coated.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy.

    Serve garnished with lemon wedges and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious new way to cook fish I used 4 rainbow trout filets and also added a little panko bread crumbs to the Ranch seasoning packet. I baked it in the oven as instructed and squeezed fresh lemon on top. Came out so delicious. Served it with fresh steamed broccoli and roasted potato wedges. A
