  • Step 1
    Combine seasoning mix with cheese and breadcrumbs in shallow dish.
  • Step 2
    Roll each piece of chicken in flour then in egg, and then in cheese mixture. Place on greased baking sheet.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375°F until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Always use a meat thermometer to determine the temperature.
  • Step 4
    Serve with dipping sauce.
  • Step 5
    Dipping Sauce (Optional): Mix 1 jar (24 oz.) marinara sauce with 1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Hit! I used chicken breasts cut into nugget size. I wasn't sure how long to cook them and I don't have a meat thermometer. I checked them after 20 minutes but they weren't browned yet, so I left them another 10 minutes and they got browned and crunchy. My son and his girlfriend raved about how good they were! They dipped their nuggets in Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, but I dipped in spaghetti sauce. Both were delicious!
