Pimiento-Ranch Cheese Ball
I made this cheese ball during the holidays. It has taken me awhile to get to reviewing this recipe. I made this instead of my usual wine cheese ball. It was a nice change. The ranch seasoning gave it a different kind of kick to it. I used chopped walnuts on both of the cheeseballs. Everyone enjoyed them with various types of crackers.

Delicious!!
This cheese all is so good and easy to make. I wrapped mine i plastic wrap and refrigerated for about 2 hours then rolled in nuts. This recipe is a keeper!!

I'm not a fan of green peppers so i I used red, yellow and orange peppers which made this little cheese ball even better! Just remember to cop up the peppers in small pieces.
