1 pound cremini (baby bella) mushrooms, rinsed and dried
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
minced parsley, for garnish (optional)
6 wooden or metal skewers, soaked at least 15 minutes if wooden

Step 1
Preheat a grill to medium-high. In a bowl, combine seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic and thyme. Add mushrooms to olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Step 2
Thread mushrooms and onions onto skewers. Place on grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
