Preheat a grill to medium-high. In a bowl, combine seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic and thyme. Add mushrooms to olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Thread mushrooms and onions onto skewers. Place on grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kjkltz2 from Jazzed it up Followed the recipe, but jazzed it up a bit. Along with the mushrooms I added chunks of kielbasa, and once in a while cooked baby potatoes. Use as a side for a grill steak,.or in a warm flour tortilla topped with some greens.
