orange juice 1 cup

olive oil cooking spray

barbecue sauce 3 tablespoons

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light dressing 3 tablespoons

Place the chicken and orange juice in a large bowl. Chill covered for 2 hours, turning once or twice.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and spray with
cooking spray. -

In a small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce and dressing until smooth. Arrange the chicken on the prepared baking sheet (discard marinade) and brush evenly with some of the sauce.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, basting once more with the sauce, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear. Serve hot with your favorite
side dishes, such as cooked brown rice and sauteed spinach.
