  1. 1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, seasoning mix, onion, and pepper and mix well. If desired, add bread crumbs to meat mixture, too.
  3. 3. With wet hands shape the meat mixture into 6 patties, each about 1-inch thick. Grill the burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached and juices run clear.
  4. 4. Serve the burgers topped with the lettuce, tomato and onion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tastey Recipe I have used this recipe for years. I got it from my ex mother in law. When you mix the ingredients all you have to do is cook and enjoy. You can smell the ranch cooking in the burger. It gives a burger a little extra taste instead of adding 10 things to put on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from tasty option This is another nice change to ordinary hamburgers. It's tasty and different from their other burger recipe that I've reviewed. If you like meatballs add the crumbs.
