Ingredients (5)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 head cauliflower washed, broken into florets
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cup Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt dressing in any of the flavors - Ranch and Cucumber Dill

Steps (5)

  • Step 1
    Place cauliflower florets into a steamer and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 2
    Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor.
  • Step 3
    Add the Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dressing, milk and butter to the cauliflower and blend until the mixture reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Add salt, mix and serve.

Tips

  • Step 1
    ⅓ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Dressing can be used instead of the Greek Yogurt dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Healthy Alternative I have been changing various types of foods to eat healthier and it is nice to eat Cauliflower Ranch Mash and not feel like I am missing potatoes. I tried this recipe with just Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.
