Ranch Cauliflower Mash

1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
⅓ cup Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt dressing in any of the flavors (Ranch, Cucumber Dill and Spinach & Feta)
1 tablespoon fat-free milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Step 1Place cauliflower florets into a steamer and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
Step 2Transfer cauliflower to a food processor.
Add the dressing, milk and butter; puree until the mixture reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes. Season with salt and serve hot.
Tip: Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Dressing can be used instead of the Greek Yogurt dressing.
