How to MakeChicken Tostadas
Get fired up for a fiesta with these ranched up chicken tostadas. Wanna add some real cool heat? Kick up the flavor with Hidden Valley® Secret Sauce Spicy.

store-bought or homemade tostada shells
- ¾ cup
sour cream
- 1 tablespoon
- 3 cups
Leftover Cooked Chicken, Diced or Shredded and Warmed
- ¾ cup
warmed refried beans
- ½ head
iceberg lettuce, cored and shredded
- 1
avocado, pitted and thinly sliced
salsa, for garnish
sour cream, for garnish
fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Lay tostada shells on a work surface. Mix sour cream, seasoning mix and chicken together and set aside.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on each. Top each with the chicken, some shredded lettuce, avocado slices, salsa and sour cream or Hidden Valley® Ranch Spicy Secret Sauce.

If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
