  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup crumbled hard-boiled egg
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    In a medium bowl, mix contents of dips packet with sour cream, then add remaining ingredients, stirring well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
