I really love this recipe. It’s great as it is but I have also made it that instead of cut avocados. I’ll make it into a guacamole instead. You can also make it easily vegetarian.

Altered for family needs but really good
My family is vegetarian so we used plant based bacon. We loved it with the plant based alterations that were needed for my family's dietary needs. Would highly recommend this as it was a burst of flavor that even my son and husband both went back for thirds.
