  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer, uncovered for 10–12 minutes or until potatoes fall apart when pierced with fork.
  • Step 2
    Drain potatoes in a colander and return potatoes to the pot. Mash potatoes until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Stir in Ranch seasoning and sour cream. Serve immediately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great side dish! I made these for an extended family gathering and they were delicious! There were no leftovers. I added shredded cheese and butter on top. I will definitely make these as a side dish for our family weeknight dinners also.
