Easy Ranch Meatloaf

This easy Ranch Meatloaf recipe has all the flavor you’d expect from Hidden Valley® Ranch for an easy entree that’s quick to prep and great with mashed potatoes and a side of veggies. Four ingredients is all it takes to create this weeknight staple that’s the centerpiece to a proper family dinner.

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.

    Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, Meatloaf like Mom's I have previously tried 3 recipes for meatloaf and was throughly disappointed, until I tried Hidden Valley Ranch Meatloaf. My goodness.....it was absolutely delicious. I added green (bell) peppers and baked for about an hour. Now, Sunday's with great meatloaf and football is in my house!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandkids helped with an Easy and versatile dinner This dish goes well with all ages. We had the grandkids over and we all helped in the preparation of dinner. The kids were excited at being able to mix the ingredients and help cook. The meatloaf recipe was easy for the 7yr old to read and it had no "yucky" things in it. When sliced we used large cookie cutters to make each child's plate unique... Nothing quite like meatloaf stars to look appealing to a finicky eater. The taste was great and we all had fun in the kitchen.
