  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.
  3. 3. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  4. 4. Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from picky eater pleaser My daughter hates meatloaf so I tried this recipe and she ate it without complaining. She didn't ask for seconds, but she didn't complain either so that's a win! Everyone else raved!! I also added onions and celery chopped up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome addition I made this gluten free using gluten free natures place bread crumbs (gf glutino works also) also adding 1tbsp adobo spice and left all other ingredients the same and it came out great. The recipe didn't mention ketchup but I took it upon myself to cover the top before baking uncovered.
