    Place the cheese, mayonnaise, seasoning mix and pimentos in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times until well combined but still chunky, taking care not to overmix.
  2. 2

    Divide the cheese mixture between the celery (about 2 teaspoons per log), mounding it into the cavity. Serve cold.

    Tip: This pimiento cheese is also great spread between sliced bread and cut into small triangles for finger sandwiches.

    Tip: If you don’t have a food processor, you can mix the pimento cheese by hand, but it won’t be quite as spreadable.

We don’t eat it enough for that to be an issue; however, it’s still nice to “spice things up” every now and again. The taste is good. Kids enjoyed it and helped make it, meaning it’s an easy recipe. We did try it with the celery and no one was a big fan of the combo. Like someone else mentioned, pita chips were good paired with it. Bread and/or crackers were a better option to the celery, as well.
