Would smash again!
Just made these and they were fantastic! Had them get crispy and the seasoning was a nice kick on the potatoes. No pictures since they were swarmed and eaten too quickly.

Potato perfection!
A favorite potato recipe for a family of potato lovers. I make 2 trays at a time they disappear so quickly! To speed up preparation I place another sheet pan on top of the tray of boiled potatoes and smash them all at the same time. They're all fairly evenly smashed that way too. Just spray the bottom of the sheet pan first to avoid sticking.
