Rice Cooker Smoky BBQ Ranch Chicken Sliders
This easy-to-make cookout classic features shredded chicken slow-simmered in smoky BBQ sauce and savory Ranch deliciousness, all cooked to perfection right in your rice cooker. Perfect for your next game day party, or a festive dinner that goes big on flavor.

Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In the bowl of a rice cooker, place chicken, KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce and chicken broth and stir to coat.

Turn on the rice cooker to the regular rice setting and set the timer for 20 minutes. When finished, open the rice cooker, stir the chicken, and set the timer for 10 minutes more.

Remove the chicken from the rice cooker. Using two forks. shred the chicken and mix about ½ cup of the sauce from the cooker into the shredded chicken.

Mix the cabbage or coleslaw with the dressing. To assemble, pile chicken onto the bottom half of the buns, and top each with coleslaw. Close and serve immediately.
