Savory Pear Salad

1 cup uncooked orzo
2 Bartlett Pears peeled, or Anjou Pears, cored, diced
1 cup raisins
1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach
2 tablespoons sliced almond accents, optional
Step 1Prepare orzo according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Step 2In a medium bowl, mix the orzo, pears, raisins and dressing until well blended. Chill, covered, for 30 minutes.
Step 3Divide the spinach evenly between 4–6 plates. Spoon equal amounts of pear salad over the spinach and served topped with almonds.
