Bartlett Pears peeled, or Anjou Pears, cored, diced 2
raisins 1 cup
baby spinach 1 bag (6 ounces)
sliced almond accents, optional 2 tablespoons

Rated 4 out of 5 by kjkltz2 from interesting idea Try placing the cut pears in a bowl with the lemon-lime soda, set aside; this will keep them from turning brown. Instead of raisins - use pomegranate seeds. Toasted nuts -almonds, pecans, or pecans. Maybe a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles.
