    Make the dressing: stir together the mayonnaise, milk and seasoning packet and set aside.

    In a large, wide glass bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, peas, cheese, cauliflower and cooked chicken.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.

Change up the ingredients to suit individual tastes as well. Perfect for a family gathering. Can also be made in individual servings in wide mouth pint jars with lids for traveling/packing lunches or in disposable clear plastic drinking glasses for eating at home.

I added some canned corn kernels (drained) as well as black olives, and because I enjoy crunch on my salads I also sprinkled sunflower seeds and croutons on top. It was flavorful, colorful, and easy to prepare, making for a fresh, enjoyable meal!
