Ingredients (12)

2–2½ lb. boneless chicken breast or chicken tenders

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon thyme
-
¼ cup cilantro, minced
-
juice of 1 lime
-
8 sandwich buns
-
lettuce and tomato for serving, optional

Step 1Place chicken in slow cooker.

Sprinkle spices over chicken, tossing to coat chicken.

Step 3Cook on high 5–6 hours or low 7–8 hours.

Stir cilantro, lime juice, and dressing into chicken, using enough to make it as creamy as you'd like.
