More versatile than you might think
I've made this twice, and love it even more! Serve it over rice for a traditional family meal or spoon it into soft tortillas, top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. Great way to feed a crowd.

Perfet party food
I have made this a couple times & it always gets eaten up until the last drop. Buffalo chicken dip has always been one of my favorite party staples. This recipe is super simple but the taste is amazing! You can make sandwiches or create a dip but chopping the chicken more. Either way is scrumptious.

So Good!!
I made this recipe for New Year’s Eve to serve with my son and his family. It was a huge hit…just delicious! Served on either Hawaiian buns for a sandwich or rolls for sliders. It was so easy and the finished product was juicy and so flavorful. Will be making it again.

I made it better
I sort of doubled this I have a lot of people to feed I put six chicken breasts two packs of hidden valley ranch packet mix and two packages of Philadelphia brand cream cheese do not skimp on these ingredients you'll regret it cooked it for 8 hours on low or you could do 4 hours on high shredded it up like it said to do but in the meantime I made a pound of bacon crumbled it a two cup pack of shredded cheese or grated yourself and two bunches of green onions chopped one size shredded all the chicken and cheese up I put the cheese the bacon and the onions on top replace the lid let it melt and then served. Who is absolutely not one bite left out of six people!

So easy to make and so delicious. The cook time is perfect, but I do like to add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and put in some diced up jalapeños for a little extra flavor, as well as a smidge of cabbage for some texture and crunch.
