Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super easy, but need more specifics Super easy recipe to prepare. However, it would be more helpful if the chicken ingredient was more specific. It would be more helpful to say 2 pounds of chicken breast. Chicken has gotten much bigger, and 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) from my grocery store would have been 4 lbs. of meat. Though I have seen some brands of chicken that 4 breasts would have been only about 2 lbs. of meat. Just need more specific measures to ensure the recipe turns out as expected.
