Southwest Chipotle Chicken Tostadas

1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup diced tomatoes divided
8 tostada shells warmed
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Step 1In a small saucepan, heat and stir together the beans and cheese. Combine chicken, Hidden Valley® Southwest Chipotle and ½ cup tomatoes, and set aside.
Step 2Spread the bean mixture evenly over each tostada shell. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the tostadas. Garnish with remaining ½ cup tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
