Ingredients (7)

  • refried beans 1 can (15 ounces)
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup
  • shredded chicken 2 cups
  • Hidden Valley® Smokehouse Secret Sauce ½ cup
  • diced tomatoes divided 1 cup
  • tostada shells warmed 8
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    In a small saucepan, heat and stir together the beans and cheese. Combine chicken,

    Hidden Valley® Smokehouse Secret Sauce

    and ½ cup tomatoes, and set aside.

    Spread the bean mixture evenly over each tostada shell. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the tostadas. Garnish with remaining ½ cup tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
