Southwest Chipotle ChickenTostadas

refried beans
- 1 cup
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups
shredded chicken
- ½ cup
- 1 cup
diced tomatoes divided

tostada shells warmed

In a small saucepan, heat and stir together the beans and cheese. Combine chicken,
Hidden Valley® Smokehouse Secret Sauce
and ½ cup tomatoes, and set aside.

Spread the bean mixture evenly over each tostada shell. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the tostadas. Garnish with remaining ½ cup tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
