Southwest Quinoa Salad

- 3 cups prepared quinoa (pronounced keen-wa)
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans rinsed, drained
- ½ cup minced white onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ½ cup Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch
- 1 cup cubed turkey optional
- 1. In large salad bowl, combine quinoa, beans, onion, and cilantro. Gently stir in dressing to coat all ingredients. Stir in turkey, if desired. Serve chilled.
