Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared quinoa (pronounced keen-wa)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans rinsed, drained
  • ½ cup minced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Spicy Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup cubed turkey optional

Directions

  1. 1. In large salad bowl, combine quinoa, beans, onion, and cilantro. Gently stir in dressing to coat all ingredients. Stir in turkey, if desired. Serve chilled.
