Ingredients (6)

  • 3 cups prepared quinoa (pronounced keen-wa)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans rinsed, drained
  • ½ cup minced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup cubed turkey optional

Steps (1)

  • Step 1
    In large salad bowl, combine quinoa, beans, onion, and cilantro. Gently stir in dressing to coat all ingredients. Stir in turkey, if desired. Serve chilled.
