Ingredients (8)

  • nonstick cooking spray or butter for greasing
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed per instructions on box
  • all-purpose flour, for dusting
  • tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sriracha Ranch® Dressing, plus more for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons cooked bacon (about 2 slices), chopped fine
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray or butter.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix egg with 1 tablespoon water.
  • Step 3
    Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface, then brush with dressing and layer with bacon, cheese and green onion. Shape by rolling into a log and cut into 20 even slices.
  • Step 4
    Place slices on prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart, and bake until golden brown, 15 minutes. Serve with more dressing for dipping.
