If you’re looking for sausage and rice recipes, you’re in luck. This satisfying one-bowl meal has everything you need to warm up any game day gathering, including spicy sausage, hearty veggies and white beans, topped with a peppery twist on Ranch.
spicy Italian sausage

small broccoli florets

olive oil, divided

kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prick the sausage all over with a fork and place on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread around the sausage on the sheet tray.
Roast the sausage and broccoli for about 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F, flipping sausages and gently turning broccoli once halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and set aside.
While the sausage and broccoli are cooking, toss beans in a small bowl with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
To assemble, divide rice between four bowls and top with an even amount of the sausage, broccoli and beans. Drizzle each bowl with about 2 tablespoons of the Black Pepper Ranch and serve immediately.
