    Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, then whisk until blended. Microwave again for 1 minute, whisk, and let cool to room temperature.

    Stir in pimientos, jalapeño and shredded cheddar cheese until well-combined. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.

Adding this to my party food line up. Didn't have a packet of the Dips mix, so I used original ranch dressing mix (which i always have on hand) and it was delicious.
