1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
8 ounces sour cream
1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
½ cup diced pimientos
2–3 teaspoons minced jalapeño
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Step 1Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, then whisk until blended. Microwave again for 1 minute, whisk, and let cool to room temperature.
Step 2Stir in pimientos, jalapeño and shredded cheddar cheese until well-combined. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
