Spicy Sweet Chili Beef Rolls

4 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sweet Chili Ranch Dressing
8 slices honey wheat sandwich rolls, sliced
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, sliced onions, pickle slices
Step 1Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each of the 4 top slices of the rolls.
Place 1 slice of pepper jack cheese and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the 4 bottom slices of the rolls, then evenly divide and mound the roast beef on top. Garnish with optional toppings, if desired, and top with the 4 dressed roll slices.
Tip: For a sweeter BBQ twist, blend 2 tablespoons KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce with the dressing before spreading on the sandwich rolls.
Tip: Substitute leftover Easter Ham or Thanksgiving turkey for the roast beef.
