  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¾ cup diced avocado
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup cooked corn
  • 2–3 teaspoons minced jalapeño
  • ½ cup diced red peppers

  • Step 1
    Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add garlic, avocado, red onion, tomatoes, corn, jalapeno, and peppers. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Ranch Dip I've Made This recipe was really good and had all the right amount of ingredients, I cut it half but it turned out perfect. For myself I like fresh Cilantro and put a minced portion of it (about 1 tsp) in with the others. Will definitely make it again perhaps for a pot luck at work.
