heavy cream

For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website.
Take the steak out 30 minutes before cooking and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a hot pan and sear the steak for 1-2 minutes per side.
Finish cooking the steak in the oven to your preferred doneness or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
For the sauce: Heat cream, then stir in Hidden Valley Ranch® Garlic seasoning. Set aside.
Rest the steak for a few minutes, then slice against the grain.
Serve with the garlic cream sauce and optional sides like roasted potatoes or broccoli.
