  1. 1. Take 2 medium sweet potatoes and cut into French fry sticks.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  3. 3. Lay fries out in a single layer on pan. Toss (or spray) with olive oil and liberally apply garlic powder and salt to potatoes.
  4. 4. Cook for 15 minutes and turn fries over. Cook for an additional 15 minutes till done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick side dish I love that this recipe uses sweet potato instead of russets. The seasoning was a little strong for us but we like the sweet potato flavor to come through more. The preparation was so simple that even our son was able to help make them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good side dish I liked these, didn't love them and that may be because I'm used to sweetening sweet potatoes with cinnamon or brown sugar so these were a change. I would make them again for company though.
