Sweet Potato Fries

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Step 1Preheat the oven to 450°F. Peel the sweet potatoes, and cut into french fry sticks, about ½-inch wide.
Step 2Lay fries out in a single layer on a sheet pan. Toss with the olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.
Step 3Cook for 15 minutes. Flip fries over and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until crisp and golden. Serve hot.
