In a medium pot set over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add ground beef and sauté, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.

Stir in the beans, tomatoes, corn, seasoning mix and broth. Break the tomatoes up with a spoon.

Continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the flavors are blended. Serve hot with toppings of choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bellsounds316 from Basic, plain but good to experiment with its a good basic recipe but needed alot more seasoning. i tried it again and added chili powder paprika garlic and onion powder chili oil and some others. i also added rancho taco and what i call "the mix" which is a mix of all the unique flavors of ranch powders and seasoning (buffalo, black pepper parmesan, lemon pepper, and spicy) i also served it with a topping of cilantro lime crema
