Ingredients (8)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 pound ground beef
  • 1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14.5-oz. Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Garnishes of choice: shredded cheese, chopped red onions, sour cream, shredded cabbage, diced avocado, tortilla chips

Steps (3)

  • Step 1
    In a pot set over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add ground beef and sauté, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the beans, tomatoes, corn, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix and broth. Break the tomatoes up with a spoon.
  • Step 3
    Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the flavors are blended. Serve hot with toppings of choice.
