Easy Tasty & Perfect for Summer Cookouts
I have made this Texas Ranch Potato Salad many times. It is very flavorful, creamy and always a favorite. I add (Step 2) fresh chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic.

Perfect Side To Please ALL!

I omitted the the celery and add about 1/4 cup of very finely diced vidalia onions and a sprinkle of celery salt. Additionally, I cooked my potatoes and put them directly in the fridge to cool overnight, so the potatoes were easy to dice and perfect consistency.

I've found "my" potato salad

Texas Ranch Potato Salad is Delicious! It is not your regular Potato Salad -- it is better. I did add more hard boiled eggs than the recipe called for, but that's because we really like hard boiled eggs in our potato salad.
