¼ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple drained, chunks in juice
1 cup red seedless grapes halved
1 ripe mango seed removed, peeled, diced
2 medium kiwi sliced, peeled
Step 1In a large bowl, combine the mango, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, coconut, and toss with the dressing until evenly coated. Serve chilled.
