- ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Dressing
- ¼ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple drained, chunks in juice
- 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
- 1 ripe mango seed removed, peeled, diced
- 2 medium kiwi sliced, peeled
In a large bowl, combine the mango, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, coconut, and toss with the dressing until evenly coated. Serve chilled.
