Tuna Skillet Casserole

chunk light tuna drained
1 can (12 ounces)
peas drained
1 can (15 ounces)
rotini pasta dry
1 package (12 ounces)
whole milk
1 cup
cream cheese
1 package (8 ounces)
1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning
